Terms, privacy and disclosures

These interim terms apply to Fieldmark Filter Search and its search, comparison and sourcing-enquiry services.

Formal supplier identity, supply terms, paid services and credit terms are confirmed before a customer incurs a charge or enters a contract.

Search information is not mechanical advice

Public references are discovery leads. Users must confirm fitment, dimensions, specifications, serial breaks and equipment configuration before installation. Approved and proven labels describe Fieldmark’s evidence status, not a manufacturer warranty.

Google whole-web results

Whole-web results are supplied by Google Programmable Search and remain subject to Google’s terms, ranking and advertising. Fieldmark does not own or independently verify those results.

Sources and intellectual property

Fieldmark links to original public pages and stores only information it is permitted to use through supplier submission, licence, consent or a documented lawful basis. It does not bypass access controls or claim ownership of third-party catalogues.

Public prices, stock and delivery

Fieldmark displays third-party prices and stock wording only where reuse is permitted. Displayed offers identify the supplier, original source, currency and last-checked time. Public listings can change without notice and do not guarantee stock, checkout price, freight or delivery. Authorised live supplier feeds are identified separately.

Commissions and advertising

Provider listings are free during Fieldmark’s traffic-building stage. Fieldmark may introduce commissions, referral fees, listing fees or advertising charges later with disclosure. Promoted placements must be labelled. Commercial arrangements cannot alter compatibility confidence, verification status or technical matching.

Search history and privacy

Search terms and successful-match summaries may be retained to improve coverage, preserve proven results and identify demand. Enquiry details are used to respond by email, obtain supplier pricing and delivery information, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Relevant details may be given to potential suppliers only as required to answer the enquiry. Do not enter passwords or payment-card details. Use the Fieldmark contact form to request access, correction or deletion where legally available.

No automatic contract

Submitting a search or sourcing request does not create a supply contract or guarantee fitment, stock, price or delivery. Any chargeable priority work, product order or credit arrangement requires separate confirmation.

Corrections and removal

Rights holders, suppliers and users can use the Fieldmark contact form to report incorrect information or request review. Disputed records are removed from automatic supply while investigated.
